The U.S. Trustee Program is implementing  § 341 meetings of creditors by Zoom in chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases in the Western District of Louisiana. 

For chapter 12 and 13 cases, zoom § 341 meetings will be held for  cases filed on or after September 1, 2023, with the first Zoom meetings conducted in October. 

For chapter 7 cases, Zoom § 341 meetings will be held for cases filed on or after the following dates, with the first Zoom meetings conducted in October and November: 

• September 3, 2023, for Shreveport division cases;
• September 5, 2023, for Lafayette and Lake Charles division cases;
• September 6, 2023, for Monroe division cases;
• September 16, 2023, for Alexandria division cases.
