Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 5003(e) requires the Clerk of Court to maintain a register of mailing addresses which have been designated as such by federal or state governmental units or certain other taxing authorities. To designate such an address, a statement on agency letterhead should be mailed to the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
