CM/ECF will be unavailable to all filers beginning Friday, September 7, 2018 at 5:00 pm for the Judge Transfer and System Update.  It is anticipated that the system will be available again by Noon on Sunday, September 9, 2018.  All Monroe Division Chapter 13 cases currently assigned to Judge John W. Kolwe will be transferred to Judge John S. Hodge.  All Lafayette and Lake Charles cases currently assigned to Judge Robert Summerhays will be transferred to Judge John W. Kolwe.
