In observance of the President's Day holiday, the Clerk’s office will be closed Friday, February 13, 2026, beginning at noon and all day Monday, February 16, 2026. Telephone assistance will be available Friday afternoon by calling (866) 721-2105 or (866) 356-5221. The closing of the Clerk's office will not affect the availability of the court’s Case Management and Electronic Filing System.

In observance of Mardi Gras, the Lafayette Clerk's office will be closed on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. The Alexandria and Shreveport offices will be open.
