Multifactor authentication (MFA) features will become available for PACER and CM/ECF on May 11th. MFA provides an added layer of security to accounts by helping protect against cyberattacks that steal passwords, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access. MFA enrollment will be optional for users with read-only access, however enrollment will be mandatory for all users with filing access by the end of 2025.
