CM/ECF will be unavailable to all filers beginning Friday, May 17, 2019 at 5:00 pm for the transfer of cases and system updates.  It is anticipated that the system will be available again by Noon on Sunday, May 19, 2019.  All Monroe Division Chapter 13 cases currently assigned to Judge John S. Hodge will be transferred to Judge Stephen D. Wheelis.  All Alexandria cases currently assigned to Chief Judge John W. Kolwe will be transferred to Judge Stephen D. Wheelis.
