The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana solicits public comment on the proposed revisions to the Local Bankruptcy Rules. 

Comments should be sent to bankruptcy_comments@lawb.uscourts.gov.  The comment period runs from October 15, 2025, and will end on November 14, 2025.
