The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana welcomes the Honorable John W. Kolwe as the new bankruptcy Chief Judge for a five year term commencing on April 2, 2018. Chief Judge Kolwe currently presides over all cases in the Alexandria Division and Chapter 13 cases in the Monroe Division. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role.
