The Local Rules Standing Advisory Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana solicits public comment on the proposed amended and restated Local Bankruptcy Rules, which are proposed to replace the entirety of the current Local Bankruptcy Rules. 

Comments should be sent to bankruptcy_comments@lawb.uscourts.gov . The deadline for comments is Thursday, August 1, 2019.
