Due to inclement weather, the Clerk's Office for the Western District of Louisiana all divisions will be closed to the public Monday, January 26, 2026. Telephone assistance will be available by calling as follows:  Alexandria Office (866) 356-5221, Lafayette Office (866) 789-6015, and Shreveport Office (866) 721-2105. The Alexandria and Lafayette Divisions will reopen Tuesday, January 27, 2026. The Shreveport Division will remain closed to the public Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
