The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana regularly conducts court at the United States Post Office and Court House in the 3rd Floor Courtroom located at 201 Jackson Street, Monroe, LA.  Renovations to build a new courtroom on the 1st Floor are nearing completion. The United States Bankruptcy Court will begin conducting court in the new 1st Floor Courtroom. Please update your forms and begin using the new hearing location address for all hearings scheduled for August 5, 2024, and beyond.   Please see the attached Notice.
