The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana is pleased to announce the implementation of the Electronic Unclaimed Funds (eUCF) program created by the Southern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court. It is a streamlined electronic process for submitting Unclaimed Funds to the court. Case Trustees will file via CM/ECF the Notice of Deposit of Unclaimed Funds document and pay the funds electronically using the Pay.Gov ACH feature. This new process streamlines the procedures, making them completely electronic, and it eliminates the need for trustees to submit paper checks to the Clerk’s office.
