New Judge Selected for Alexandria Vacancy

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana is pleased to announce the selection of Stephen D. Wheelis by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals to the vacated bankruptcy judge position in Alexandria, Louisiana.  A Louisiana native, Mr. Wheelis has been a member of the bar for over thirty years specializing in both bankruptcy and commercial transactions and litigation.  He is also a Board Certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist.
