Notice of Judge change for the Shreveport and Monroe Divisions of the Western District of Louisiana.  The Honorable Judge Stephen V. Callaway is retiring at the end of his term effective August 8, 2014.  The Honorable Jeffrey P. Norman has been appointed as a United States Bankruptcy Judge with August 9, 2014, as the effective date of appointment.  All cases currently assigned to Judge Callaway will be transferred to Judge Norman commencing on August 9, 2014.
