NOTICE
The United States Bankruptcy Court, for the Western District of Louisiana, has set January 21, 2003, as the mandatory effective date for the use of our Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) System. All attorneys who practice before our court will be required to use CM/ECF.
For your convenience, electronic case filing equipment is available at all of our staffed offices. It is provided, for your use, should you choose not to purchase your own requisite equipment.
